Open PositionsSecurity Coordinator – Indianapolis, INThe Security Coordinator, Facilities, supports the security operations systems at Sentry’s state-of-the-art GMP facility by assisting in the maintenance and updating of the key management program and unified security platform. Under the direction of the Associate Director, Facilities the coordinator responds to alarms, supports security system maintenance, and collaborates with vendors to ensure site perimeter security and employee safety. The role involves documenting security incidents, assisting with annual risk reviews, and maintaining accurate records for access control procedures in compliance with applicable cGMP, FDA, and all other applicable regulatory requirements. The coordinator works closely with technical teams, follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provides support to other departments as needed. Occasional travel may be required to assist with security system tasks at satellite locations. This position requires foundational IT knowledge, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to support the facility’s physical security and access control systems. |
