Joining Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc. in 2021, Ms. Jenifer Edwards brings over twenty years of experience identifying Client needs, developing highly technical solutions to meet those needs, and implementing successful solutions. Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associates of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology, Ms. Edwards specializes in delivering customized, detail-oriented services.

As Client Relations Lead, she primarily focuses on building client relationships based upon professionalism and integrity ensuring Client satisfaction.  Ms. Edwards serves as the primary project manager for new and continuing Clients of Sentry and as a communication conduit between Sentry Operations, Quality Assurance, Business Development and Senior Management.

As Jenifer manages business development activities, she is committed to creating a team of professionals that provide high quality, responsive service while delivering reliable, customizable pharmaceutical life cycle management solutions that meet regulatory standards.
