Joining Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc. in 2021, Ms. Jenifer Edwards brings over twenty years of experience identifying Client needs, developing highly technical solutions to meet those needs, and implementing successful solutions. Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associates of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology, Ms. Edwards specializes in delivering customized, detail-oriented services.

As Associate Director of Business Development, she primarily focuses on building client relationships based upon professionalism and integrity ensuring Client satisfaction. Ms. Edwards oversees project/account management for new and continuing Clients of Sentry and coordinates communication between Sentry Operations, Quality Assurance, Business Development and Senior Management to ensure company wide understanding of client expectations.

As Jenifer manages business development activities, she is committed to creating a team of professionals that provide high quality, responsive service while delivering reliable, customizable pharmaceutical life cycle management solutions that meet regulatory standards.
