Mr. Harold A. Harrell has served as a trusted business advisor to organizations for more than 50 years. Mr. Harrell formerly served as a partner in the Bloomington, Indiana law firm of Andrews, Harrell, Mann, Carmin & Parker, where he focused on business and corporate law, estate planning, and probate administration. He is a Member of First Capital Group.  He received his Doctor of Law (J.D.) and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Indiana University. Mr. Harrell is also a certified mediator and a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Formerly, he was a member of Old National Bank’s board of directors. Mr. Harrell served as president of the Villages of Indiana, Inc., and president of the Bloomington Advancement Corporation. He has held memberships on numerous other community boards and commissions.
