Isaac M. Young is a business operations focused professional with 42 years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. He has contributed to the success of small, mid-sized, and large companies with experience both in operations for therapeutic manufacturers as well as with suppliers of materials and services to the industry. He has a multi-disciplinary background derived from roles in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Ethics, Regulatory Affairs, Information Systems, Business Continuity, and Operational Resilience. Product experience has included diagnostic tests for both the professional and over the counter markets, recombinant therapeutic proteins for genetic diseases, plasma derived therapeutic proteins, recombinant vaccines, biosurgical products, and genomic medicines.

Isaac most recently worked with an early stage company with a focus on gene therapy, cell therapy, and gene regulation. He is active in industry organizations and is the former Chair of the Advisory Board for the Biotechnology Innovation Organization’s Business Solutions Program. Isaac holds an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
